As well as the property at the coast, it just so happens that I am one of 2 executors for a deceased estate at 49 Wybalena Grove, Cook ACT. It is a 2 bed + study, 2 bathroom townhouse with one common wall. We are not quite ready to sell yet. Still getting the personal possessions sorted and out. Still furnished. There is some local interest, but we definitely need an appraisal and some advice on presentation.

Hi Natalie, yes, we met with Cathy last week and provided a proposal for the sale of the Wybalena Grove property for Cathy and her co-executor to consider. I called Cathy to follow up and she confirmed that she had received it and would be in touch to arrange a meeting to discuss further.
I’d love to meet with them to talk through the details and to answer any questions they may have about the process.
