Joe: I did the appraisal for Steve remotely as he did not want the tenant to know about it and emailed it to him for comment but no replies ever since! I have just sent another request for an answer at least as it is still tenanted and not on market with any other agents it seems so will let you know if I hear from him.
3/09/2020 - Vendor: Both have been in touch and am awaiting their valuations to be sent through
1/09/2020 - Joe: I just spoke to Steve Cook and will be doing an online appraisal for him so as not to disturb the tenant. Will let you know what he decides to do.
