Just letting you know we have another contract on the property with the condition being accepted as is. Contract is $310,000 this time with a 14 day finance clause.
4/12/20 **Thank you for your email, we had a contract on the property at $350,000 unfortunately it did not go ahead due to extensive termite damage (quote at $36,000 repairs). We are now looking for someone who will take it on as is.
