Hey Vicki, Hallelujah - 12 months on the market with 5 different agents... we finally have an unconditional sale on 12 Marana Street, Shailer Park. Sold for $580,000. It is due to settle on the 14th December 2020 - so hopefully all goes to plan... If you guys want to send me through an invoice for $1,711 (inc GST) I will keep it in the file and pay it promptly once settled :) Tom
20/10/20 **TOM called to say that Gary does not want to sell anymore and is trying to get out of the contract, legally he cant wanted to give me the heads up incase he called, Tom got a sale for him $565k way above min client expected.
12/10 Hey Vicki, Hope you have had a nice weekend. Just letting you know that I put their property back on the market last week and we have got it under contract today (signed by all parties..). Settlement is due for 14th December 2020 but I will keep you up to date with how it all goes. 14 days finance and pest and building. Will let you know once it goes unconditional. Are you still happy to do a 10% referral on this one given we have paid the marketing etc? Let me know - then I will confirm with your accounts team the amounts etc :) Tom

****1/10/20 Had two offers, pretty much sold it but client came back to him saying he wanted to settle in January wanted to spend Xmas at the house, buyers did not want that, so Tom suggested they get off market now and re launch in December, he spent $1k in advertising and had to reduce his comms significantly to try and help this client., Will keep in touch
16/9****Hey Vicki, Been out with Gary this morning. Have got the listing signed up now officially. Had some drone shots of the property taken so we can show it from a different angle.. It is going to go onto domain.com.au and the free sites, as well as our internal databases. We haven't charged him any marketing and are paying for it. They also seem to be very tight on their end - managed to get the price down a bit to $549k+, and I think we will end up charging a very low commission on it to get it across the line if we get some offers. Will have to see how we go with it. Fingers crossed. Have taken it on as I would really like to be able to help them out, they have had an awful experience so far with agents... :) Tom
$$550k is bottom number/15/9 Tom already advertising on his data base and social media expects the owner to come in this week and sign up for a domaine listing which his office has approved.
