Totally unresponsive to agent - think he just want to know value as he is building

Been doing quite a number of things on the property since we last spoke:
- the new planning permit for a 4 bedroom house, custom designed house is almost through council.
- a road has now been put onto the property.
- electricity is now connected.
- the land has now been levelled ready for building.
- a two bedroom office / sleeper / bungalow (actually a fully renovated shipping container) with exterior deck and upstairs deck is almost complete ...
It would be interesting to hear what the sale value might be as I would still consider selling ....
