8/03/2021 - Lance: this is now listed, going live today for open on Saturday.
19/10/2020 - Lance: ON hold, son is still at property - selling plans have been delayed
1/10/2020 - Lance has verbal - vendor is allowing her son to stay for a while as they are saving for a new home. Lance on top of it and referred son to mortgage broker to speed things up
23/09/20 - Digest update from Lance - Still deciding if she will lease it or sell it. I am chasing it. Competing against 4 other agents. I think I am a good chance if she does decide to sell (KJ)
