14/9/20**Thanks for the follow up. I spoke with Brooke over the phone late last week and she advised that at this stage it might be best to sit tight with the property given the current market conditions and tenancy agreement in place . Joe Morrow
18/9-Decision email sent to vendor- Lindsay said she has got no response from emails
16/09/20 - Update – I have tried contacting Brooke multiply times with no response. I can only presume she does not want a market appraisal any more - Lindsay King (KJ)
