29/10/20 Apparently they bought it for $535K and she has had two appraisals on it both coming in under $500K. They purchased the home on a 5% deposit so they owe the bank more than it is worth. There is a child involved, she has an AVO out against the partner and it all sounds like an awful situation. She has basically given up on trying to get her partner to sell as she said he won’t pick up the phone and talk to agents, the bank or anyone else.
