7/10/2020 - Ryan: Appraised property 23/09 and met both Heather and Wayne and they had one more agent coming out. Said they hope to make a decision on 10th October.
24/09/21020 - Ryan Stapleton: I met with Wayne & Heather last night and discussed the sale of their property. I will keep you updated as to if we are selected for the job.
18/09/2020 - Ryan: confirmed vendor contact - waiting for time to meet with husband also
