12/2/21 ***Sale recinded last day of cooling off period. I put back on market, had a nice bidding war, now in the process of putting another deal together at $$827,600 Building inspection booked for Friday. The house isn't perfect so may have some more hurdles ahead.
13/1/21 ****contract is exchanged $790k 10 day cooling off period b&p inspection friday 15
2/10- Paula apologised she could not meet with the owner on the day they wanted agents and therefore lost it. Apologised for that
22/9- Nury said she will progress with Ben they arranged to meet at property on Saturday so he can go thru
16/9*** Paula has been to the street and walked down the driveway to look at the house, she said low $700's $700-$750 no street appeal whatsoever, not a nice street and all you see is garage from the street and house goes down so a lot of stairs wont appeal to the older buyer, will call the client today and speak to her.
