SHANE - NOV 21 - Helena Valley one is still renovating his house MAY 21 - rented with Swan Realty
FEB - spoke to owner currently tenanted to 31/3 may sell after this date
NOV 20 - As mentioned before he has it rented it out for many more months so not selling soon
