30/10/20 Brad said the vendor is way off more than $100k keeping for now
7/10 Brad - Provided this seller with an appraisal post inspecting the property. Went quiet after this no doubt due to the value not being where he may of thought it was.
25/9 Spoke to both agents they have appraised and emailing their appraisals mid to high $5's they are not sure if he sells may rent it for a bit longer. Brendon says he knows the vendor but will honour referral.
22/9 Brad meeting at apartment this week.
