24/9 SPOKE TO DAVID NOT SELLING FOR 12 MONTHS AT LEAST
24/9 CAROLINE- she presented to him felt that he had already made up his mind on Andrew Dean, but by the end of it felt like she turned him around, but house is a mess needs a long time to bring to scratch to follow up.
22/9**Spoken to David just now following up. They have decided they are not going to sell for another 12 months and will look at it again this time next year. I will keep him in our follow up database and let you know if this changes :) Tom
