10/12/2020 - Matthew: No further correspondence since I appraised Huss's property. I know we spoke shortly after the appraisal and he was awaiting strata to conduct some repairs to the balcony garden beds
29/09/2020 - Matthew: I have met up with Huss. He is just finalising a few things. He will be making a decision regarding the sale shortly.
Speaking with Huss. Starr is out of the picture and as they are currently selling within the complex and didn't seem motivated to assist. He felt there appraisal was too low. He had dealing with Harcourts and indicated that they indicated a price closer to his price expectations. I indicated that their expectations were high and likely unachievable as there is a 2 bedroom listed for $365k in the same complex currently.
Matthew: Email: He is awaiting for some repairs to be conducted by the strata in relation to the balcony, floors and painting.
