22/1/2021 - Mitchell: I think they have blocked my number as it goes to voice mail. sent many text and calls with no response.
31/08/2021 - Mitchell: Ive tried top follow them up a number of times but they are not returning calls
19/05/2021 - Mitchell: have left a few messages with this owner. no call back
21/04/2021 - Mark: I spoke with Alan today. He said his separation was stalling there for a while, but its moving now, and they are getting closer to being ready. I will stay on top of him
