Fair condition, starting to need maintenance so owners may consider selling, would like to be contacted directly to receive two desktop appraisals for now to consider and compare costings so they can make best decision moving forward.

12/11 Nick Smith has not heard will follow up.
10/11 Emailed A1 and vm A2 said she called client after lockdown not ready to do anything yet as family in there.
8/10/20 happy with appraisals, just working out what to do - Moira
both agents advised they made ctc
18/9-***Thanks again for the referral here. Moira called back. It’s very early days for her and she will have a chat with her husband and daughter. Her family currently live in the property at the moment. She didn’t give too much away. Didn’t want any further info besides a verbal appraisal so gut feeling is either she may look at selling to family, have an agent in mind and want further advise on likely selling price, or just very, very early days and she’s not 100% decided on selling. I’ll follow her up in a little bit and let you know how I go.
