Rose had a bad experience with an auction on another property a while back so prefers listing property at a price, not auction.
They have been in touch with BradfieldCleary - purchased through same agent - has recommended auction. McGrath have not been too positive about selling "as is" and have recommended renovating to an open plan style - but they do not wish to spend money if they don't have to.
