5/11/20 UPdate agent 2: Just a quick update, Loc and his family are moving interstate in January and will start the campaign that month. I’m just waiting to catch up with him to arrange an sales agency and will advise you shortly.

3/11/20 Update A1: Hi Vicki.
Heard no more to date.
The owner did say that he would be looking at his circumstances nearer to x-mas and the home does need a considerable amount of work to be performed prior to selling if he wishes to achieve maximum return for that desirable suburb.
