Jenna 13/7/22 Never heard back from her. Chased for months. Looks like she has rented it back out

19/1/21 ***Krishnee: Back in her house in Tassie, bruce gave notice to the tenant he got out, Krishnee got painters in they did a good job, not decided that they will sell, waiting on her hubbie to fly back from NZ in March to make decision as she likes it there now.
28/10/20 **Krishnee still deciding whether to sell or rent but will use Bruce from Elders, have given notice to the tenant to vacate by the 2nd December and she is getting there end of December to sort the house out.
14/10/20--Attended the property. Quite an interesting scenario which we found out more once we were there. Phoned the owner with a current appraisal and vendor never came back to what they would like to do next. Strongly advised to sell due to tenant taking advantage and not paying any services etc at the property. Current lease in place until December where the tenant pays $150 per week which of course isn't normal. They pay no power or water usage and owners struggling to get him out. The property has gone backwards due to the lack of care from the tenant therefore appraisal price was not where they had of hoped.
