I decided a while back that it would be more financially beneficial for me to continue to derive a rental income from the property rather than sell. Currently it is leased until late 2023, but should circumstance change I will keep your services in mind.

Yard rang me and after submitting details to them via email haven't yet even received the courtesy of a reply.
Onerealtysouth didn't reply with the information I asked so will give them both a big miss.
