Investment home for the owner, purchased in 2013, 4 bed 2 baths double brick home, large block, fibreglass pool, well maintained, original bathrooms but re vamped and new kitchen, freshly painted.
Has tenants in there with a lease in place until next June (managed by Professionals)
Owner would be interested in selling if an agent says they may have potential investor buyers on their data base, would like a call direct to start discussions, does not want to disrupt renters at this stage.
**Ready for a call direct do not disturb tenants**
Private
not professionals and not Kapps
Would take $495k happy to get $500

25/9 Max will give client a call but said this is already a subdivided block no street frontage, narrow driveway and backs on to freeway she paid $475k in 2013 will struggle to reach that now, this would suit an owner occupier they would pay more than a developer at this stage.
This property is already a rear subdivision backing onto a highway with a very narrow driveway. I will certainly contact the owner but in real terms in the current market it she will be lucky to get what she paid for it back in 2013. Whilst it can in theory be subdived, it is not what I would deem an attractive property for a developer. Who, would be the most likley buyer over an owner/occupier who cannot buy in view of the tenancy.....max
