After speaking with both agents the value of the property is not viable to sell it given I paid $410k in 2007 and now I am advised it may sell for around $350k despite being well maintained and hotel quality accomodation.
At this stage I will hold on to the property and review the situation next year
1/10/20 Brendon and Brad said client not selling price is not where he would like it to be, both agents were responsive and ctc client.
