7/05/2021 - Pam: the last time I spoke with Matthew, he said that the property manager had signed up the tenant for another lease so think he is tied up for at least another 6 months . I will touch base and see where he is up to.
6/01/2021 - Pam: I spoke to Mathew a few times but he said his property manager signed another 12 months lease with the existing tenants and he couldn't get out of the arrangement. I will keep in contact to see if he wants to sell closer to the end of this lease agreement. Most of the current buyers in Mackay are wanting to move into the properties due to the shortage of rental properties
4/11/2020 - Pam: With regards to Matthew, I spoke to him and it seems that the real estate company they are using has extended the lease with his tenant for another 12 months. He says he did not give permission, but is finding it hard to get clarity from the relevant authorities as to whether he can get out of this lease. I suggested that if he cannot, he transfers the management over to us and we can sell it closer to the 12 months. There is no cost for him to transfer. He said he would consider that as will definitely look to move from his current property manager.

9/10/2020 - Pam: I just followed up with Matthew Broderick from 6 Russell Street in Andergrove. He said they are in the process of trying to get out of their lease agreement and hopefully be able to sell then. Will let you know if I have any luck there.
7/10/2020 - Appraisal to Maxine / Pam has been in touch
30/09/2020 - Vendor confirmed contact for both agents
28/09/2020 - Pam: I have spoken to Mathew and will let you know if we have any luck getting the rental transferred here. He quite liked the idea of a neutral agent. Will be in touch.
