Claudia; Did an online appraisal and have followed up twice with her but she is not answering
jess: I did chat to Claire on the 1st October, she wanted to chat to her property manager first before doing anything. I’ve also reached out again to her this week and she’s informed me she would like to hold off until the new year. I’ve shared I’ve just launched a property on the same street and will keep her updated on the progress of the sale.
