5/11/2020 - Scott: Shaun is buying his partner out
14/10/2020 - Tony: I have been to see Shaun and appraised his home at $420 to 450k. He wants to buy his partner out and stay so I will touch base in the next few days to follow up. He’s pretty down and difficult to communicate with. We will see
8/10/2020 -0 Scxott: Shaun has postponed the appointment now until next week.
7/10/2020 - Scott: spoke to the clients and gave them a market idea of price and plan for their purchase waiting to hear back from them.
