13/10 Spoke to Michael he said that he had to dop his comms to 1.3% to get the business
9/10/20 **MICHAEL CALLED TO UPDATE ME HE APPRAISED TODAY BUT NOT FROM MY REFERAL A FRIEND OF HIS KNOWS THESE PEOPLE AND ASKED HIM TO GO IN 2PM TODAY SAID IT WAS AWKWARD NOT MUCH CONVERSATION, THEY AGREED ON PRICE THOUGH AROUND 1.1 WANTS ME TO FOLLOW UP TO SEE HOW IT WENT
