Inherited from dad, has tennants, 4 weeks ago did a runner, left property in horrible state, have been fixing it up and making it more presentable. Paint in and out, new vanity, carpets cleaned, trying to tackle stubborn stains. Doing gardens 3 bed house, very small kitchen, small lounge, little fireplace, but oldschool with chimmeny, two split systems aircons, lounge not working at the moment, but is being replaced. 3 tiles broken in laundry. Nice neighbourhood, good neighbours. Big 632 square metre block, fully fenced, gate at front needs to be fixed. Old school ugly carport. Garage is massive. Needs new door, she's fixing that. Veggie garden and rose bushes. Split house - part level, part on stilts.
