2/02/2021 - Nick: We had 50 groups through 6/172 Brook Street Coogee on the weekend, it was crazy :)
28/10/2020 - Nick: Just letting you know I just spoke to Julie and she has appointed us to sell their apartment. They cannot sign the agency agreement until probate is granted in the next few weeks. We will be auctioning the property in February.
13/10/2020 - Nick: Appraisal went well with Julie and her family. Spoke to her again today and it looks like we are being favoured for the business at this stage.
7/10/2020 - Angus: Seeing Julie on Friday
6/10/2020 - Nick: Spoke with Julie and have arranged to meet her and her uncle on Friday at 10.30am.
