19/10/2020 - leanne - I have seen and appraised the home with Trevor. I have also suggested he seeks advice as I don’t think his daughter is going to vacate anytime soon and I don’t think he will be able to evict her either with Covid etc. The house is a mess and she has pets everywhere. She is living rent free and he self manages the property. Unless she vacates there isn’t a lot we can do.
