Hi Vicki. Thank you for making contact. We sold 37 Camboor Street last August via a private sale. We bought another home in Camp Hill at Auction that ticks all the boxes! Definitely will not be moving for at least 15 years 😂 All the best. Catherine Bryson.
**Difficult client has specific requirements on house to buy first - now decided to renovate***15/1/21 Steven Gow: Catherine emailed us this week confirming they are now going to renovate and not sell. Thank you again for the lead.
12/11 Agent 1 comment: have been emailing options for properties. I believe her brief is difficult, we are talking to her about a buyers agent.
20/10 Steven Gow left message communicating with client showing her houses not suitable as yet but will be working together with her to assist.
17/10/20 Catherine said she heard from the two agents, not from belle but ok with that they did not want to deal with him and she most prob will continue with Gaby in the new year.
15/10 Gaby has emailed the client is suggesting she sells and has long settlement which gives her time to find property to buy as market good now?? One of her suggestions.
