23/10/2020 - Yasmin: I followed him up a couple of times but have not been invited into the house as yet. I will try again today
27/10/2020 - APP to Yasmin - David has already supplied info - appraisals will be revolving around fees
2//10/2020 - David: Darryl is making a short list of agents to invite in to appraise his property in 1Vincentia based on their fees and charges. To this effect I have given him my very best price. As you indicated he has a genuine health reason for selling and would like to return to Sydney sooner rather than later. I will of course keep you informed of the progress of this opportunity.
