12/05/22 Chris: DC, spoke with Mina he is potentially going to sell in the 2023 financial year. 10 Laurie Dr is an investment property and is managed by an agency that was called Guaranteed rent. Mina would like an Appraisal done on this property but doesn't want the tenants disturbed until they make the decision to sell.
