17/3- Yes now best time to sell . Their father died 6months ago & house is vacant . I think the sister wants to buy it off the brother cheaply & develop the blocks & subdivide & make Atleast $200000. She was rude when I was there doing the appraisal. She claim to be emotionally link to the house .
I could sell for top dollar in this market . WA properties are selling very well .

Happy New Year. SorryI missed your call yesterday. I'm meeting with Noreen Axcell today at 2pm. Won't be signing it up as yet as I'll be providing the appraisal submission to the family first.

I did the property appraisal 5 weeks ago.
Seller interested to sell but not at the moment.
6/11/20 Client: On hold for now as the other party does not want to give access still emotional Noreen and her husband are seeking legal advise has told the two agents Ann Bashi got in for 3 minutes, Dino has not been able to get in, they will sell in time.
4/11/20 - Dino said he thinks that this may go to solicitor as the other executor the sister is not compliant.
Anne booked Friday 23/10/20/Dino said high 5's- Auction online open negotiation.
