I have spoken with Cris, he currently has the property listed with Hocking Stuart for $550,000 to $600,000, he said he would consider $570,000.
We chatted for quite awhile, you were right, interesting character, I suggested we meet at the property, the call was disconnected, I tried to call him back, it went straight to voice message, I left a message.
