11/2/21 *** John Hannaford: The Vendors expectations are way out of sync with local values and there are issues of contaminated land with it being an old mill site.
There are also issues of machinery ownership of previous Leessees.
I have not pursued it further
26/11/20-Looked at the property,has many problems, spoke to Vendor,expectations completely off the chart , have not followed up further, as have many other straight forward properties to appraise at this time.

27/10- Chris Paterson viewing property 28th Oct, John Hannaford left v Chris said not worth as much as client thinks.
-John Hannaford said he spoke to Terry, will go to property next week to look at it and price, he thinks $400-$550 depends on condition of the houses there.
