Michelle & Mark: there was a family member trying to purchase without going to the market u fortunately
27/10/2020 - Michelle: Paulette just wanted an email cma to start conversation with her family which we did straight away. We will continue to follow her up
22/10/2020 - Mitchell: This one is a good one. I have spoken to Paulette, very lovely. I will send her an email shortly and go from there. It is an estate sale so could take them sometime to agree to selling. I think one of the family memebers may want to buy it.
