MAY21 - CARMEL - carmel -divorce - waiting to see if she has to sell. If so will speak to agents - at the moment it is a waiting game.
Danny spoken to vendor - will come abck to me
Dan - seeing Tues 27/10 - a little way off selling - I've met with Carmel onsite and provided a written appraisal for her ate last week.She has divorce procedings to negotiate and is hoping she may be able to hang on to the property but not sure if she can. Will keep in touch with her.
