The vendors are still looking to relocate interstate but also Viktoria is hoping to go overseas to visit her family mid year, so sounds like their still unsure of their plans at this stage. I have just sold another property on their street for a great price, so hoping to use as a motive for them to come to market sooner rather than later. Will keep you posted!

5/11/20 Emily: Met Joseph & Viktoria yesterday and appraised their home. Appointment went for approx 2 hours and went very well. They wanted to get idea of value so they know if their plans to move back to Newcastle and purchase a new home is achievable. They have been researching market in Newcastle and just waiting for the borders to reopen and then want to go up to inspect a few, although they plan to sell before they purchase, but only once they can travel interstate to start inspecting new homes (approx 1-3 weeks time, hopefully).
