4/12 Hi Rowena. I met with Robert Bradtberg on 7/11/2020. After the appraisal, he decided to continue renting the property for at least another 12 months before selling as he was expecting a higher likely sale price for the property. I will keep in touch with him over the next 12 months and will let you know if anything changes. Cheers, Gary
