Thank you for your email. I have spoken with the vendors, and viewed the property. I believe there will need to be a significant amount of work done to bring it up to a level to be able to list it for sale.
I’ve spoken to Peter about this, and regarding the difficulty working with the tenant. At this stage, I’ve put everything on hold until the circumstances improve.
