LEE - JUN 22 - Spoke to Ivor whom is speaking to his brother but they do not want to sell as yet.
going tomorrow to appraise however because of the renting out rooms the covid legislation prevents them from evicting the tenants till after march 2021. They said they would not sell then. I am going tomorrow to discuss further with them.
