7/7/21 ** Agent: Spoke to Neil this morning the market is moving at 1770 so doing an update for him.
4/11/20 - Advised him not to sell, she is in same boat, they paid too much directly from developer years ago, prices are not where they want, there are 15 other properties like his on market at moment, Body Corp fees here are high slowly picking up Advised him to keep client will keep to touch based in 24 months. vf
3/11- Tanya tried to call client was busy said he will call back has not heard.
