Still as funny as ever to be honest. We were about to relaunch to the market last week but have asked us to hold off for another month again.
We had this property on the market and then the owners since went a little interesting.Wouldn?t take calls nor accept offers, I believe they may be in some financial trouble.
Interesting one - however we?ve had to take it off the market until they can resolve their position.
