20/01/2021 - Cameron: still under offer - buyer is site unseen so just going through outgoings etc. Finance is good, should be unconditional soon
14/01/2021 - Cameron: i now have 3/31 King St Under offer at $280,000
Settlement is 60 days - not unconditional just yet but will let you know
18/11/2020 - Cameron: I've spoken with Shelley and emailed her the CMA and Form 6. She told me that she will be listing with me but I am chasing her up for the paperwork
