13/5/21 **Melanie great in constant talks client is not ready to sell yet.
13/1/21 ***Melanie: Renee advised is going to refinance their loan, wont sell unless they find a home to buy that suits.
18/11/20 ***I had a good chat with Renee today, she clarified what you said to me as well.
They are still in two minds on what they want to do, if they find a place to buy in Barden ridge they will be interested in selling Leppington.
I have put Renee onto our Padstow office who service the Barden Ridge area.
13/11- Message from Renee - was happy with all three agents leaning towards Melanie, need to make decision whether its right time for them to sell or not.
