20/10/2021 - Mal: Wes is sitting pat as they want better than what they have in this estate and realized there is nothing better, he promised if they were to sell they loved my honest and would list with me.
24/09/2021 - Mal: Wes wants a better place in Parkridge Estate and knows he wont find it so they are staying for a good while.
17/03/2021 - Mal: Not selling, told me they will only go with me as the other agents came across as fake

17/02/2021 - Mal: Spoke with Wes and they are now probably staying put and assured me they will only list with me and he stated that a few times. They feel they cannot find anything like what they have in this same estate so they will stay put.

20/01/2021 - Mal: I have been following Wes & Lina and they have decided they wont find in this estate a similar home to move into so they will stay. They pushed the point they will only list with me as i said for an hour and they felt I was not pushing them into selling and signing up on the spot, thanks again,

25/11/2020 - Mal: Wesley and Lina are a little away from listing yet, still deciding if a general clean or a major go over is best, will keep you posted,
19/11/2020 - Mal: I went and sat with Wes & Lina and they have a few things to do yet before they go on the market. I saw the other agents folders there so I guess it now comes down to who they prefer. I told them exactly the same prices as the others but insisted they select the a good negotiator to get them the best price,
