14/7/21 Ron: This property is under contract, still waiting on building approvals. Hoping to go unconditional soon.
9/6 Update: This property is proving a little hard to sell being on a busy main road and only a 1 car garage. we currently have interest we are working on.
Ron has ctc 17/11: Ron I have finally been able to view the property this morning. A little time wasted with the tenant. Will has now been sent an appraisal and I will be in contact with him.
Settlement for this is not until the 23rd of August, once all inc Building and Pest are confirmed I will send details.
