12/2/21 **NOT SELLING THIS APARTMENT LIVING IN IT THEY HAVE THEIR SCOTLAND ISLAND HOUSE FOR SALE AND WILL SWAP IF THAT DOES NOT SELL. MAE WILL BE PREFERRED AGENT SHE KNOWS.****
12/2/21 **Hi Vicki, As discussed last year Debra and Mark are staying put and have decided to sell their Scotland Island home instead. Thank you as always for your referrals!!
13/1/21*** Mae:Hi Vicki, Deb and Mark have decided to put everything on hold, I have updated them regarding a recent sale I had up the road which sold for $1.5m I have scheduled to keep in touch with her 2021
10/12/20 Mae advised the clients wanted a big price unsure of what they were doing will be away all of Jan visiting family in Adelaide touch base after that.
30/11- Phil said met with client great rapport, appraised their unit 1.2-1.3 not decided if they will sell yet but thinks they will use him as the agent of choice.
23/11- client said met with Mae, disappointed with the price, meeting with Phil Orr on Thursday, he immediately knew her block
