18/11/2020 - Just got the go ahead for the listing at 5 Oakland Parade Werrington Downs will be doing paperwork tomorrow
Just thought I would keep you updated on the progress .
16/11/2020 - Jeremy - pre-exiting with client via his "boss"
Vendor had been in contact wit6h his principal on Wednesday before our lead - we spoke and he is happy to pursue at 10% +GST. The group have sold for them previously and Daniel (director) has passed this onto Jeremy to pursue with me at agreed rate 10% + GST
