7/04/2021 - NOt online yet - short term bookings are coming in - needs to be empty
10/03/2021 - Not online yet - was re leased / waiting for tenant to vacate
3/02/2021 - Victor: No further update with this property as yet, last contact was to suggest to the owners to take property off the short term letting list so vacant possession can be provided if they want to sell, I had not heard back from either owner, but will follow up. throughout the process talking to them communication was very slow between them
11/12/2020 - Victor: A quick update, I finally had a chance to speak to the co-owner here and he was ready to go ahead to sign agency agreement, however by the lag time in between Clynton sending this information off to Mike and Mike replying the short term letting agent has secured tenants for Xmas/NY and Feb -March and potentially interest in between. So with this at hand, they may look at selling at end of March 2021, however I have asked them to put a stop gap with the letting agent for no more lettings after mid-March. I will keep you posted,
3/12/2020 - Victor: Waiting on paperwork from ex??? partner, all good and in touch
26/11/2020 - Clynton / vendor confirmed Victor to sell: I have in fact just been talking with Victor from Mcgrath, who is helping to put the property on the market. He had a look at the property as has given some advice to move forward with some improvements.
